• Identity and contact information such as name or username, phone number and email address.
• User account information such as user ID, registration time and account status.
• Device and technical information such as platform, active device record, notification permission and push token.
• Location information only when SOS is started by the user and permission is granted.
• Guardian System information selected by the user.
• Daily Post information such as selected recipients, message content and timestamps.
• Institutional notification information such as target reference, delivery/read/response status and selected response.
• Support and contact records.

ADORASEC does not collect bank account details, card numbers, banking passwords or financial transaction data. Location is not continuously tracked during normal use.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Account creation, phone verification and single active device operation.
• Delivering SOS and Guardian System notifications to selected people.
• Delivering Daily Post messages.
• Delivering verified institutional notifications and reporting outcomes only to the relevant institution.
• Maintaining security, error tracking and service continuity.
• Handling user requests, account deletion and data requests.
• Meeting legal obligations.

4. Transfers

Personal data may be shared only where necessary with selected guardians, Daily Post recipients, the relevant institution for institutional notification outcome data, technical service providers required for operation, and authorised public authorities where legally required.
