Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

By using the ADORASEC mobile app or website, you accept the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ADORASEC is an early-stage initiative designed to provide simple and controlled digital trust flows for emergency notification (SOS), the Guardian System, Daily Post and verified institutional notifications.

ADORASEC does not aim to remove SMS or existing institutional communication channels entirely. It aims to provide an additional verified and measurable channel for selected sensitive communications.

1.1 Company Information

ADORASEC is developed by ADORASEC Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

2. Usage Rules

3. SOS and Emergency Services Boundary

ADORASEC is not an emergency service, ambulance, police, fire, disaster-response or official emergency hotline service. In a real emergency, you should first call the relevant official emergency services. ADORASEC is intended as a complementary communication bridge to help reach selected guardians.

4. Technical Limitations

Notification delivery may depend on internet connection, device settings, battery saving, operating system restrictions, notification permission, location permission, carrier services and third-party notification services. ADORASEC does not guarantee that every notification will arrive instantly in every condition.

5. Verified Institutional Notifications

ADORASEC aims to move important institutional notifications into a verified, trackable and in-app flow. The user sees the notification inside ADORASEC and replies with clear options where needed.

When a user responds to an institutional notification, delivery, read, replied/not replied status and the selected response may be visible only in the reporting screen of the sending institution. Institutions cannot access the user’s SOS, Guardian System, Daily Post or other personal app data.

6. Daily Post

Daily Post allows users to send one short postcard/hello message per day to up to two selected people. Messages are limited to 35 characters. It is not a chat, general messaging or bulk announcement service.

7. Account and Device Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and device. If you notice unauthorised access, contact info@adorasec.com.

ADORASEC may use a single-active-device model for security. When a new device logs in, notification/session status on the previous device may be limited.

8. Misuse

ADORASEC reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict accounts in cases of misuse, spam, harassment, false notifications, attempts to mislead the system, security-risk behaviour or breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

ADORASEC is provided “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. ADORASEC does not accept liability for indirect damages arising from use or inability to use the app.
